These terms govern use of the Ohey website at ohey.io, including visits through its redirecting domains. Ohey is a brand of Rogue Infosec Inc.. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Rogue Infosec Inc..

Website checks and planned services

This website offers on-demand checks and describes planned website security and brand monitoring services. Submitting a domain or public IP requests a fresh automated scan of the public website. Submit only websites you own or are authorized to have checked. A check does not start ongoing monitoring or create a paid subscription. Account registration, subscriptions and payments are not currently available here.

Published plans, prices, features and timing may change before launch. They are not a checkout or a binding offer to provide a subscription. Any future paid service will have applicable service terms presented before signup.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Introduce malicious code or disrupt the website through abusive traffic.
• Use the website to impersonate someone, mislead others or violate their rights.
• Use the content to compromise or interfere with systems you do not have authorization to test.

We may restrict access to protect the website or address misuse.

Content and intellectual property

The Ohey name, website content and visual materials belong to Rogue Infosec Inc. or their respective owners. You may browse the site, link to it and use its information for internal evaluation. These terms do not grant a licence to use our branding or republish the website. Rights available under applicable law are unaffected.

Security information and availability

A website check reports what the scanner detected during a single capture. It is not a comprehensive security assessment of your business. Do not treat the absence of an alert or warning as evidence that a website is safe. Monitoring cannot guarantee prevention or detection of every threat.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content can change and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose.

External links

The website links to research and third-party publications. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not create a service agreement or make us responsible for that third party.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains the information processed when you visit, submit a website check or contact us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rogue Infosec Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, disputes concerning this website will be brought in Toronto, Ontario.
